very hard to explain,..look for higher TF,..and trade lower ones,.. when a breakout inside the chart is confirmed on higher TF, after a double bootom (or after at least 2 attempts)...or usually for longs at 17.00 europe time....,..then its the best to start trading the strenght, and after a pullback i re-add..and so on...
